Vapor barriers

MOGAT Primer HF

MOGAT Primer HF is available in 5-liter, 10-liter, and 25-liter containers. It is a solvent-free, quick-drying, and very low-emission primer based on a bitumen emulsion, designed for substrate preparation for bitumen sheets, roofing membranes, and torch-on membranes. MOGAT Primer HF complies with BG BAU requirements for the use of suitable solvent-free bitumen coatings in interior spaces.

MOGAFIX KSK-D Uni

MOGAFIX KSK-D Uni is a cold self-adhesive elastomer bitumen vapor barrier, compliant with DIN EN 13970, for use on wood, trapezoidal sheet, and concrete substrates. When the seam is thermally activated, the vapor barrier can also be used as a temporary waterproofing layer for short-term protection.

MOGAFLEX GAL

MOGAFLEX GAL is a special polymer-bitumen vapor barrier membrane, compliant with DIN EN 13970, featuring a glass fabric–aluminum fleece composite (GALV) as the reinforcement layer. This vapor barrier offers high performance values and is applied using the torch-on method.

MOGAFIX KSK-U Uni

MOGAFIX KSK-U Uni is a cold self-adhesive multifunctional elastomer bitumen membrane suitable for all substrates and insulation materials. Thanks to its double-edge technology, MOGAFIX KSK-U Uni can also be used as a temporary waterproofing layer.

For optimal handling, the entire top surface is equipped with an optical cutting guide, allowing custom-shaped pieces to be cut precisely and quickly.

MOGAFLEX G4

MOGAFLEX G4 is a special polymer-bitumen torch-on membrane that can be used as the bottom waterproofing layer in multi-layer roof systems. The performance values of MOGAFLEX G4 exceed the minimum requirements of the relevant standards.

Toplayments

APOLLO O5T

APOLLO O5T is a top-grade elastomer torch-on membrane for multi-layer waterproofing. The composite reinforcement, made predominantly of polyester with glass fiber, is isotropically designed, enabling it to absorb tensile forces from any direction without fatigue. All performance values significantly exceed the minimum requirements of the standards.

For optimal handling, the entire underside is equipped with an optical cutting guide, allowing custom-shaped pieces to be cut precisely and quickly.

APOLLO O5T is available in the standard colors black or green-white, as well as in other special colors for creative roof design. In addition, the membrane is now also available with NIVIS white, MOGAT’s innovative, highly reflective surfacing.

MOGAPLAST PYP PV200 S5

MOGAPLAST PYP PV200 S5 is a plastomer-bitumen torch-on membrane that can be used as a top layer, bottom waterproofing layer, or intermediate layer in multi-layer roof systems.

MOGASIL X – Wall Protection Coating

MOGASIL X Wall Protection Coating is a cold-applied, black, solvent-based top coating made from bitumen, available in 5, 10, and 30-liter containers.

MOGAT LIQUID 2K Self-Levelling Mortar

MOGAT LIQUID 2K Self-Levelling Mortar is a two-component, versatile self-levelling mortar that can be used as a protective layer above the waterproofing layer or as a thick coating. The product adheres fully to the substrate (no water penetration underneath), cures quickly, and is easy to apply.

MOGAT Bitumen Fiber Putty

MOGAT Bitumen Fiber Putty is a plastic, solvent- and fiber-containing repair and sealing compound based on bitumen, with a paste-like consistency. The bitumen fiber putty is available in 5 kg and 10 kg containers.

MOGAT LIQUID KAT

MOGAT LIQUID KAT is an essential component of the MOGAT 2K products. It acts both as an initiator and as a regulator for the curing reaction. The amount added determines the reaction speed, allowing it to be adjusted to the surrounding environmental conditions.

Top layer membranes

NIVIS

NIVIS white is an innovative, highly reflective surface granulate of the latest generation. In addition to its stylish aesthetics, the new coating solution impresses above all with its thermal, insulating, and reflective properties. In tests, NIVIS white achieved a solar reflection index (SRI) of more than 60 – significantly better than standard white coatings available on the market. These are ideal prerequisites for use as a surface granulate in many urban „Cool Roof Initiatives.“

NIVIS white also scores highly in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness: Compared to other colored or conventional white coatings, NIVIS white transfers significantly less heat to the underlying components, the building itself, and its surroundings. This not only extends the service life of the roof waterproofing and reduces near-surface air temperatures, but also reduces the energy required to cool the building, thus saving costs.

The TOP elastomer welding membrane Apollo O5T is now also available from stock with the new surface granulate NIVIS white.

MOGAT Sprinkles
